An exclusive interview with e-commerce expert Robert Del Grande

There are entrepreneurs who lead by example and then there are entrepreneurs who change the rules and make things happen. Robert Del Grande is an entrepreneur who goes against the conventions and makes new pathways for entrepreneurship.

In this exclusive interview, we’ve got up close with this young entrepreneur and got to know some very interesting things about him.

1. How did you get into what you are doing right now? Tell us something about it.

I’ve been fascinated by the world of e-commerce since my college days. In my first few days of learning about e-commerce, I realized that I must do something about it.

I started my first Amazon store in 2017. After running the store for two years, I realized that I had gotten quite good at it. Eventually, I started looking for clients who would let me run Amazon stores for them. In 2019, I got my first client and that is when I started my Amazon Automation business.

2. Please tell us about your company.

I am the founder of Amazon Automation. We are a specialized team of e-commerce enthusiasts with strong branding, digital marketing, and social media skills. We are the leaders in the market with very exclusive skill sets known by the rarest in the industry. Our team has delivered some amazing results for clients in a very short period. 3. Who are your role models?

To name a few, first and foremost it would be my parents. Then there is Neil Patel, Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, Bill gates, and a few more.

4. What inspires you?

Helping people. Nothing is more inspiring than knowing you have a positive effect on people.

5. What’s your most memorable experience?

Creating $750,000 in a month on Amazon was a memorable experience. Apart from that, there are a lot of childhood and teenage days experiences. It’s hard to pick up just one.

6. How do you market your work? Would you like to share some strategies?

As an e-commerce business, there is so much that goes into marketing. You have to get the attention of new clients to bring them on board. There are a lot of things that we do to make our marketing efforts a success. I showcase my work on my website. I reach out to clients through various social media platforms and get on calls with clients.

7. What is your biggest strength as an entrepreneur?

I’m a lifelong learner. I know about the Amazon Reinstatement processes very well. I keep learning and executing every day. This is what I consider to be my biggest strength. If you can take one valuable insight from this interview, I hope it would be this one.

8. Looking back, what is that one thing you wish you understood better before you got started?

The one thing that I wished I had known before getting started was the importance of having a good team. Trust me, it is one of the top three most important things for businesses. The sooner you realize this, the better it is for you and your business.

9. What is your biggest fear?

To not be able to do enough for the people who need help in these tough times. With all my businesses, I have the intention to help people move ahead. I have the same intention with my personal life as well. I want to help as many people as I can. Not being able to help enough people is a fear that keeps coming back to haunt me time and again.
